Flying corps drills start (video)

Bangladesh Air Force has begun preparing on the event of introduction of Padma Bridge. The Air Force practice started at 12:13 pm on Saturday (June 25).

Prior on Friday (June 24), Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah said in a public statement that the presentation of 31 Air Force airplane and helicopters would be shown in Munshiganj after the introduction of the Padma Bridge on Saturday.

Smoke passes with two Air Force MiG-29s, FT-6 BGs or F-6 MB F-6 BGIs will be shown in the display. The Fly Past (FP) will highlight three F-7 BGI or BG, a C-130J and five K-8W smoke passes, three L-410s and five Grobe-120TPs.

will likewise show banners through five MI-16/181s and circulate pamphlets through a Bell-212.

The ISPR chief said the show will highlight two K-7Ws for the Shekul move, five K-7Ws for the Vixen brakes and a MiG-29 for low-level aerobatics (LL shows).

In the mean time, Sheik Hasina joined a get-together at Mawa Point in Munshiganj on the Padma Bridge at 10 am. He later initiated the Padma Bridge.

Prior, the Prime Minister left Dhaka’s Tejgaon Airport for Mawa Point at Padma Bridge Munshiganj by helicopter at 9.40 am.
