Who is replacing Jadeja in India’s playing XI

In the space of a few days, the two arch-rivals India and Pakistan face each other again on the cricket field. In the first appearance of the Asia Cup, India eventually won the match in a tense match. Along with Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja also shone with the bat in that match, scoring 35 runs off 29 balls.
However, a knee injury has ruled Jadeja out of the squad for the Asia Cup and the T20 World Cup starting in October. So Rohit Sharma has to think of someone else in Jadeja’s place. He can replace Jadeja in the XI

Akshar Patel has been called up instead of Jadeja. Naturally, he will have more chances to play. Akshar played in place of Jadeja in the last two matches of the five-match T20I series during India’s last tour of the West Indies.

The all-rounder became the man of the match with 3 wickets for 15 runs in three overs in the last T20 match. So it has to be said that Akshar is in good form before taking the field against Pakistan. Although not as reliable with the bat as Jadeja, he can play a cameo at the end. So India can bet on this in-form cricketer.

There is also concern about pacer Abesh Khan. Press reports, feverish obsession. Abesh did not even bowl in practice before the match due to illness. Spin bowling all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin can be seen in his place.

It is more likely that India will not change the batting lineup. Lokesh Rahul was dismissed for no runs in the group stage match against Pakistan. In the second match he scored 36 off 39 balls against Hong Kong.

He is definitely returning against Pakistan. In that case, he may have to give up his place to Rishabh Pant. Because, as a finisher, Karthik is India’s first choice over Pant. India can also bet on Deepak Hooda over everyone else.
