According to police sources, while talking to a female colleague at work, a male colleague hugged her. At that time, the woman screamed in pain. Although the matter was kept under wraps as it was then, the woman’s uneasiness began to increase as soon as she reached home.

Massage hot oil on the chest to increase the pain. After five days of oil massage, when the pain did not subside, he went to the hospital. After X-raying her chest, the doctors found that two ribs on the right side of the woman and one rib on the left side were broken. A total of three ribs were found to be broken.

When the matter came to light, the woman took a few days off from work.

As a result, his income also decreases. The woman claims that all the money she had was spent on medical treatment. After recovering, the woman wanted to discuss the issue with the colleague.

Allegedly, the colleague counterclaimed that what evidence is there that his ribs were broken due to the hug? After that, the woman filed a lawsuit against the colleague in court seeking compensation.

In hearing the case, the court ordered the colleague to pay 10,000 yuan (Tk 1,16,000) as compensation. The court reasoned that there was no evidence that the woman was doing any work.
