The Serious Extortion Examination Office (SFIO) has captured a person who has arisen as the brains behind consolidating countless shell organizations with Chinese connections in India and giving faker chiefs on their sheets.

The capture comes against the scenery of the crackdown on Chinese shell organizations that are purportedly into “serious monetary violations”.

In an explanation on Sunday, the corporate undertakings service said it has captured one Dortse, who is on the leading body of Jillian India Ltd, on Saturday.

This follows synchronous pursuit and seizure tasks directed by the service on September 8 in the workplaces of Jillian Specialists India Private Ltd, an entirely claimed auxiliary of Jilian Hong Kong Ltd at Gurgaon, Fininty Pvt Ltd at Bangalore and Husys Counseling Ltd at Hyderabad.

“Dortse is on the Leading group of Jillian India Ltd and has obviously arisen as the driving force of the entire racket of consolidating huge number of shell organizations with Chinese connections in India and giving sham chiefs on their sheets.

The captured individual Dortse had demonstrated the fact that he is an occupant of Mandi in Himachal Pradesh according to the records documented with the Enlistment center of Organizations,” the assertion said.
