Watch: Journalist hinders Russian TV news to challenge Ukraine intrusion
A Russian lady has showed up in court in the wake of challenging her country’s intrusion of Ukraine on state TV.
Marina Ovsyannikova, 44, a supervisor at Russian station Channel One, intruded on a live news broadcast on Monday evening.
She showed up on camera behind the moderator holding a sign with No conflict scribbled in English and a message in Russian underneath it, approaching individuals not to trust Moscow promulgation.
- Ovsyannikova argued not liable to getting sorted out an unapproved public occasion when she showed up in court on Tuesday, the BBC detailed. She was fined and delivered by the Russian court.
- Ovsyannikova looked as long as 10 days in jail, a fine and local area administration for the managerial charge.
