Traffic on the Padma Bridge continued on Sunday

The fantasy Padma Bridge will be open for traffic from 8 am on Sunday (June 26).

Top state leader Sheik Hasina introduced the Padma Bridge at a fabulous service at 12 early afternoon today in Mawa, Munshiganj. Great many prominent characters including unfamiliar representatives were available on the event.

The state-claimed Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) will work transports on 23 courses in the south-west through the Padma Bridge from tomorrow.

“We will work 75 transports at the underlying stage,” the BRTC executive told columnists. Its vast majority is AC transport. At present just BRTC transports run on Khulna and Jessore courses. Additionally, AC and non-AC transports of different confidential vehicle organizations will likewise run on various courses from tomorrow first thing.

Prior, Awami League General Secretary and Minister for Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader had said at a capability on June 12 that traffic on the Padma Bridge would begin from 8 am on June 26.

Padma Bridge is a multi-reason street and rail line span under development on the Padma River in the country. Through this, Shariatpur and Madaripur will be associated with Munshiganj’s Lohajang. Thus, the north-eastern part will be associated with the south-western piece of the country.
