The story of being an assistant general manager of an indomitable genius!

Pratiksha got married at the age of 16. Swami Sadashiv Kudu was a Class IV worker in the State Bank of India.

He died in an accident after four years of marriage. After that, Pratiksha got a job as a cleaner in that bank.

He needed a job. Because she is the mother of a son. Husband’s bank staff helped Pratiksha.

Due to which he used to work as a cleaner twice a day.

And the rest of the time studying for the 10th class exam with my son in my lap.

The situation was so difficult that there was no money to buy books. He used to collect books from relatives.

Finally, he passed the 10th class examination with 60 percent marks. After that he was admitted to Knight College.

He used to get off the bus one stop earlier to save money.

After passing class twelfth, Pratiksha got promoted from cleaner to clerk.

Financial difficulties are somewhat removed. But the urge to prove himself continued.

Pratiksha graduated in psychology from Vikhroli College, Mumbai in 1995.

He married for the second time in 1993. He got involved with banker Pramod Tondwalker.

Pratiksha said, Pramod’s motivation to rise so high.

AGM of a branch of State Bank in Mumbai today. He got this position in June 2020. Pratiksha and Pramod have two children.

In other words, the mother of three children is waiting.

While telling the story of her life, Pratiksha said, ‘When I look back, it seems impossible.

But I am happy to think that I did it.
