Punjabi vocalist cum-Congress pioneer shot dead, day after security evacuation

Indian vocalist Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, famously realized by his stage name Sidhu Moosewala, who had joined the Congress party before the Punjab Assembly races in December last year, has been shot dead in the state, as per The Indian Express.
