There are colorful murals all over the city street walls.
And these murals are made of brightly colored plastic bottle corks.
The city of Guayaquil is located 42 kilometers east of Cacaras, the capital of Venezuela.
Murals of different designs made of bottle corks can be seen all over the city’s roadside walls.
Oscar Olivares is a 25-year-old artist from the city of Guayaquil.
He has put up murals of different designs on the walls.
Oliver has collected over 3 lakh unused plastic bottle corks. For this, however, he posted on social media.
He has also received a great response for this initiative.

People came from all over the city to see Oliver’s paintings,
and many also helped with the mural.
A group of students from the town’s school also showed up to help Oliver.
Oliver’s initiative is primarily to raise awareness of recycling.
According to him, many have experienced recycling for the first
time through this mural. In his opinion, through this initiative,
people will maintain the habit of recycling.
