The gathering of five Chicago professional athletics groups (Bears, Bulls, Cubs, White Sox, and Blackhawks) have given $300,000 to the Robb School Memorial Fund and the Sandy Hook Promise Foundation, a public charitable association that desires to end acts of mass violence.
